Hi Beautiful Friends,
We’ve been taught to believe that creating, building, or transforming one's life requires heavy, force-based action—pushing through friction until reality yields. But true creation doesn't operate on force.
It operates on natural order.
When we align our environment, our rhythm of life, and live by the subtle energetic baseline of who we truly are, physical reality naturally responds and settles into place.
I’ve found, you can’t manually fix a life; you calibrate the field it lives in.
A Lifetime of Creative Acts
Looking back, every phase of my life has been one continuous stream of creative acts.
The early years focused on dance and horses, then came living abroad, travel and building culture, fandom, and iconic experiences through global events. My forties brought me back home through art and expression, and now, my fifties have become about advocacy——which is really just another word for total freedom. Emotional freedom, creative freedom, and the freedom to build worlds where everyone is invited to claim their own.
Building Worlds & Holding Space
My core blueprint comes alive when navigating real emotional depth, finding clarity inside the turbulence, and turning those lightbulb moments into shared experiences that guide others out of the dark. Stories, art, films, and physical gatherings are the vehicles I use to translate that truth.
My creative evolution has always been about how I shape the environments to share those messages. Through set design, interior spatial curation, environmental decoration, and immersive event production for large-scale commercial footprints, film sets or the crafting of intimate gatherings, my spaces have a natural flow that allows people to drop in and breathe.

P.S. RSVP here for opening night, September 24, 4-7pm.
P.P.S. If you're looking for a simple way to restore your soul’s voice today, free write on your name and then nature. 🤎 Let the words unravel and see what you discover.
COCO-MAT’s motto has long been "Sleep on Nature"—a reminder that when we return to raw, unforced elements, our bodies naturally restore themselves.
My art operates on that exact same principle.
In 2018, I committed to a daily painting practice to restore my soul’s natural rhythm, birthing hundreds of pieces. Expressing through colors, shapes, and somatic imprints, my paintings are direct energetic mirrors of what I see and feel. They act as anchors within spaces—portals to emotional freedom, somatic release and fresh perspectives.
The Invitation & Living Exhibition
On Thursday, September 24, these threads weave together as we celebrate the opening night of my new exhibition My Name, My Nature, alongside our community gathering, An Evening of Womxn's Poetry & Woven Stories, hosted within the sanctuary of COCO-MAT SoHo.
Together alongside my sisters—vocalist Mijori and poet Linnea Rachlin—we will move through grounding meditation, spontaneous creation, and live poetry to reconnect with our natural voices. We’ll also activate the Story Loom, weaving personal notes and reclaimed fabrics into a living community tapestry.
This sculpture, along with a curated exhibition of my original artworks, will grace the walls of COCO-MAT SoHo through Halloween—pop in anytime.
As always, my work is simply an offering: building fields where you are invited to feel seen, heard, and naturally belong.
