To My Beautiful Friends,

What would you do for love—to get it, to keep it, to hold onto it?

​

For a long time, my answer was everything and anything.  Even when that bankrupted me. 

​

A few years ago, at Ludlow House in NYC, I stood on stage and put words to a story I’d spent six years taking apart, piece by piece, just so I could understand how I got there.

I admitted to the room my role in my infamous 2018 breakdown—my desperate, hollow need for love and validation to fill the void in my chest that screamed bottomless.

​

It was part dark comedy, part keynote, part monologue.
Full confession.
Definitely a somatic release.
Absolutely, all raw, messy, unbridled truth.
But mostly, it was a home-coming.

 

TURNING INSIDE OUT

 

So what was my breakthrough moment?  

I stopped looking outward for a solution and turned inward. 
I stopped ignoring my reality and started initiating a new one.  

 

I asked myself:

What could I do to live my life differently?
How could I love myself as fiercely as I had always loved others?

 

My inner voice spoke. The instruction was simple: Follow what you love.

 

So, I took action. I didn’t follow a guru. Step by step, I followed my own intuition and created my own framework.  One I still believe in today—a pathway home.  And...

​

Breadcrumbs appeared. Curiosity grew. Answers unfolded. Confidence returned. Trust built.  Joy resurfaced.

I became whole.     I was home.

What is one thing you can change today?
How could you collect a piece of yourself and bring it home?

And, remember—if you need a life hack to get started: I discovered healing doesn’t have to be complicated.  It’s simply truth, dedication to self, and the relentless pursuit of your own light. 
And breadcrumbs.
